The last few years of my life, have taken me on the most amazing journey full of opportunities, something that I could have would never imagined.

I never anticipated projected that my passion and dedication to fitness, would turn into a career or gain improve me so much joy and happiness.

I have learned so much about health and nutrition over the past few years and I want to spread share my this knowledge and experience with as many people as I can!

I always get asked how I got to where I’m today, however I have to tell you: there was no strategically planned path I took to a career in fitness. It all started rather unexpectedly!

In 2012 I was not wasn’t the toned and fit Woman I am today, I was very thin with hardly any muscle tone. It was then that I was approached by a trainer at the gym about proper health and nutrition. After speaking with the trainer, I decided to step out of my comfort zone and enter my first bikini competition.After a few years of competing and setting new goals, I felt that I could achieve anything I if I set my mind so to it. By creating and following a fitness and a nutrition plan, though I realize that I could found amazing and fast results.

After the competition, I felt accomplished and like I had truly changed myself. I discover had found a passion for fitness I never knew I had. From then on, I was laser-focused in continuing to educate myself on health and nutrition, as well as setting new fitness goals.

I knew I wanted a career in the health and fitness industry business, so I studied to become a Sports Injury Therapist. After working in clinics and gyms for a few years, I discovered my love for training others and teaching proper form in the gym to prevent these injuries from occurring. This made me truly happy, as I could see the transformations happening each and everyday.

I then decided to continue my studies further to become a Nutritionist once i came to realize that “you can never outwork a bad diet”. The knowledge I have gained through working with different clients is much.

As I was trying to build a name for myself in fitness, through competing, modelling internationally, working in multi disciplinary health care clinic and assisting and growing fitness facilities, I came to realize that my true purpose and passion is to motive motivate and inspire Men and Women to become the happiest and the most confident versions of themselves!

My training, knowledge and experiences over the last few years, have allowed me to find out what really matters to me. “I love challenging, competing, modelling and working with different health care practitioners and physicians to grow my even more this knowledge and experience”. What I have found most fulfilling is helping other people achieve their health and fitness goals and also their well been.

I have confidence in sharing you that  “there is nothing more rewarding than sharing your own story and being told it helped empower someone else to achieve his or her goals.”

I have found a purpose in life: to motivate others to be healthy, fit and confident by being an example of someone who makes her health a priority while still living a fun and balanced life!
